On a snowy weekend in January, we hosted The Moondogs to record songs for a their upcoming album, “Tides and Seasons”

Formed by singer and guitarist Will Sturke around five years ago when he was a student at the University of Vermont, Burlington rock band Moondogs has evolved from a solo project and loose collective to a captivating group that has been solidifying both its lineup and sound in recent years. The band — which last year expanded from a trio to a quartet and includes Jimmy Martucci on drums, Matt Weinstein on keyboards and Kai Paisciak on bass — recorded nine songs for, “Tides and Seasons,”
