VSO Performs Rachmaninoff’s “Piano Concerto No.3”

It was an honor to be asked back to record the recent Vermont Symphony Orchestra concert at the Flynn Theatre. This special performance not only saw the VSO welcome its third Music Director candidate, conductor Tania Miller, to the Flynn for an evening of exemplary music-making. But also, UK pianist Stephen Hough joined the orchestra for his first ever performance with the VSO with one of the most technically challenging compositions of the pianistic repertoire: Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3.

Video of this performance was captured by RetroMotion Creative.
